The Afriqoma Affiliate Program allows approved participants ("Affiliates" or "Marketers") to earn commissions by referring new suppliers and buyers to the Afriqoma platform. By registering for the program, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Commission Structure
First 2 Years
5%
Commission on all subscription payments from your referrals
After 2 Years
0.2%
Recurring commission on continued subscriptions
Commissions are calculated based on the referred user's subscription payment date
The 2-year period starts from the date of each user's first subscription payment
Commissions are credited monthly after successful payment processing
Payout Terms
Minimum Payout: $20 USD (or equivalent in local currency)
Payouts are processed within 7-14 business days of request
Bank transfers and mobile money supported (based on your country)
You are responsible for any applicable taxes on your earnings
Prohibited Activities
The following activities will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of commissions:
✗Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails, messages, or any form of spam
✗Fraud: Creating fake accounts, using bots, or self-referrals
✗Misrepresentation: Making false claims about Afriqoma or its services
✗Trademark Abuse: Using "Afriqoma" in domain names or paid ads without approval
✗Incentive Abuse: Offering cash or rewards to users for signing up
✗Cookie Stuffing: Forcing referral cookies without user consent
General Terms
1.Afriqoma reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice
2.Referrals must result in genuine, active accounts to qualify for commission
3.Commission is only earned on subscription payments, not transaction fees
4.Afriqoma may terminate any affiliate account for violation of these terms
5.Refunded subscriptions will result in commission clawback
6.You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
